I hear you, although my intent has been to use both platforms, to avoid putting all my eggs in one ToS basket. So I hope to get familiar enough with TradeHawk to use it effectively alongside ToS, and not have to learn it when Chuck/TDA have a bad day.

It seems that i have the same problem for the data from 12/10. The task to import the data completed but the straddle/calendar rv are not up to date (not sure what's the root cause, i haven't changed anything recently). I'm looking into that.
