Yes, IB does., and this has been discussed, and explained, many times. One was just recently, but, I forgot which thread it was on. I do know that it was on a current earnings position, just forgot which one. In IB , just put the spread up on your watchlist, where you can see the bid/ask etc. Then, right click on the (spread) symbol, and choose "charts". Then , I usually choose a 1 week, hourly, bar, or line, chart. The key point is to set it up so that that the chart is tracking the "midpoint", not "trades".
