IB rep just let me know this is a "known issue, technical teams are working on it" and "no estimate for resolution" right now. Annoying.

@craigsmith @greenspan76 Did you ever try changing the routing? Maybe it's an issue with IB's SMART.

Anybody having issues with IB execution? I can execute single leg trades, but I'm trying to roll a position and the order is just sitting at "being held and monitored". It's been like 20 minutes. Currently waiting on support to get on live chat, so maybe this is widespread if they're taking this long...

I'm curious, does this include data for the international indexes? MXEF and MXEA? IB wants to charge significantly for it.

So, market data access would be included in the trading platform fees for whichever one you pick? Does the actual market data availability differ between the trading platforms?

Tacking on to the above post with a more specific question: Does it have issues with any of the trades commonly used by some of our members: Diagonals or vertical spreads?

Has anyone seen a guide or anything for setting up this software for tracking initially? It looks like there's a big time investment getting it rolling if you have a history before importing, and I don't want to have to re-do work if it's best done another way..

Has anyone who uses Tradier had any luck getting a break on the $40/month per account? I have 3 accounts, regular, traditional IRA, and Roth IRA. Generally my most active trading is done in my IRAs due to the tax sheltering, but I doubt it would be enough to pay $40/month for some of those accounts right now as I just don't hold enough positions in them.

I did a quick search and may have missed it, but did you do an ACAT transfer from IB to Tradier? How long did it take? I see you had some issues with cost basis, did you find out if the information tracked properly across the transfer?
