@Djtux Another quick suggestion for the earnings feed page: Any easy way to filtering for volume/liquidity? Secondly, somewhat related as it's strongly correlated with liquidity, any way to filter for weeklies availability?

Anyone have a spread expire in the money (fully in the money, not just one side) on Tradier (ira account, specifically)? Any fees involved? Wondering if I should be willing to overpay a bit to close to avoid hassle.

You already got my money, man Thanks for the support. Do you generally think that ATM straddle RV roughly equals expected move or do you take some margin off? I think tastytrade argues a 15% discount, though I'm not sure on the methodology.

Does anyone know a good source for looking up previous expected and actual moves? I know this has been mentioned by other users before in other context, just blanking on good search terms right now

I'd think the most useful iteration would be to keep a floating tracker of which sources have confirmed. If #1 previously confirmed, then #4, refresh the "ticker" and have #1, #4 under source column. Maybe bold #1 to indicate it's the most recent and update the timer for it? Personally, I feel more confident using multiple confirmations - I know you show this on the Straddle page, but the return matrix doesn't have that feature yet (maybe worth copying that code over if it isn't resource intensive?) Does it ever happen that they confirm different dates? (ie, somebody messed up) (also, I have no idea which sources are which number, though I'm sure you're consistent throughout the site ) Thanks for the quick response!

@Djtux Suggestion for a feature adjustment, though it's not too much trouble to manually do this: On your Earnings Feed page, can you provide an option to sort by Earnings Date instead of confirmation date? Secondly, a clarification question: Is the Source column the "total number of sources that have confirmed" or an identifier to which source most recently confirmed?

I think this got upped to $99/month, I To hop on and confirm this, I switched to Tradier shortly after the beginning of the year and messaged support about getting the SO deals, and I currently pay $40/mo "SO Tradier Fee" and $59/month tradehawk fee" Annoyingly, they did not have a method to pay the fee directly (CC or ACH), it comes out of my IRA directly. Wonder if that's an SEC thing or they just haven't seen demand?

I'm missing out on a few of this trade type (pre earnings long call). I'm in NKE straddle, so I'm okay there, but definitely want to put on 2+ of these in the next few days.

I entered at a much less opportune time - this was MRVL #3 for me. I exited just now for my Mar 9 18 24.5 at .55. Entry was the same I think (maybe .56?, not showing on my screen in tradier). I was showing a loss which recovered today.

MRVL minor loss (1%?), NAV ~-33% loss.

I closed ATHM for 50% profit. Market so volatile I'm happy to take a big win off the table. Still have MRVL and NAV on, both hovering around -20%.

wait what? did you buy 3/2 instead of 3/9? I'm only showing a 10% loss right now. Edit: I guess there's a huge spread? Did you do a market order or just drop really quickly?

I'm in MRVL, ATHM, and NAV. MRVL is the only one with deep losses at the moment. I'll evaluate later in the day.

Regarding fills on Tradier vs IB, I personally am keeping a portion of my portfolio at IB specifically for two reasons: Calendar fills, and trades where Tradier doesn't "properly" calculate margin. Regarding getting trade activity data in excel format from Apex, where do you go to do that? Somewhere in the tradier website? I've been manually tracking based on open/close activity, if I can mash together an excel macro that could save me some time.

I entered the Mar 79.26 calls for 3.9. You can get them for less now, mid around 3.65.

I chose a horrible time to get back into MRVL, but now might be good if you're on the sidelines. I also just got into ATHM, as it looks like it found a bottom. As always, I am not a TA person, so your own risk etc etc (see current MRVL situation).

For ATHM, I agree with @NikTam, the plan should be to watch for a turnaround. It's could be a good opportunity to buy a downtrend into positive momentum.

ATHM looks good, but it opened way down today, will keep an eye on it. I'm considering another run in MRVL today as well.

Personally, looking at entering the straddle will which will perform well on a good bull run too - but looks like it's getting bid up right now, which is a little unfortunate.

I'm worried this is flukey. It looks like it's largely weighted by a few big winners, and I'm not sure our thesis of pre-earnings momentum is really that viable this far out, especially when the trend doesn't continue for closer-in entries. The idea would be that for this stock it gets "priced in" early? It's not like two weeks out a bunch of news articles start talking all about fedex?

I like thursday as a better entry for this one based on @Djtux. This one also has a big loser if you don't use a loss limiter, so might keep that in mind.

I closed for 28.4%. I'm holding IMAX, I'm about breakeven at this point and last day looks positive.
