  1. That's true for single-legged positions using the Options window, but when you click on positions in multi-legged trades to close using the Spreads window, the qty is always 1. It's a PITA as I frequently forget to adjust the qty and either think I've closed the position only to see that I have n-1 remaining, or if I catch it, I have to cancel and resubmit. I requested that the qty's get transferred; the wrinkle is when all legs aren't the same qty, but Kosta said he might be able to do something for when they are.
  2. Didn't know that, thanks!
  3. Sheesh I doubt he's an attorney from the poor spelling, grammar, and sentence construction; probably just trying to scare you.
  4. Not working for me either
  5. OK, thanks, Kim
  6. Yes/no/maybe?
  7. How relevant is this webinar to those who aren't subscribed cmlviz?
  8. Thanks for the tip, I had been waiting for the Command Center window to open for several minutes.
  9. Not sure if Portfolio margin is the same as "regular" margin, but I have margin on my cash account.
  10. [oops, should be "their" business model] That's the first I've heard of order flow rebate; where are those $ coming from?
  11. OK; then I guess it depends on what the additional cost for a decent is.
  12. Sounds too good to be true. What could there business model be?
  13. Oh, right, I should have thought about it at least a little before asking Thanks
  14. Seems like all of the earnings trades have been hedged straddles. I like them better than a plain straddle, which oftener than not turn out to be losers for me. Does it make any sense to combine a calendar w/a short strangle?
  15. No, and neither does the $30/mo Trend s/w
  16. Not a screenshot, but each account has a Dashboard page w/this info: Total Account Value Funds Available (Trading) A More Balances pulldown with Cash Long Stock Value Long Option Value Short Option Value Settled Cash Sweep Then position Info: Symbol Quantity Last Change Value Cost Basis Gain/Loss Along w/the Dashboard page there's an Activity tab with trade history. That's pretty much it.
  17. Does anyone know if these limitations flow through to the Trend platform?
  18. Glad you mentioned that; my preference is for option #3 exactly as described - i.e. per trade, not per symbol, which makes it easier to manage our actual trades. We may have only entered a particular trade for a symbol, and not be interested in others.
  19. Isn't that exactly the structure of the official trades?
  20. If you don't trade a lot just pay the regular .35/contract.
  21. Good info, thanks
  22. Is Portfolio Margin different than "regular" margin? I have margin buying power on my taxable account at Tradier, though not my IRA's.
  23. Yes, you need to fill out these forms for each account: Options: https://na3.docusign.net/member/PowerFormSigning.aspx?PowerFormId=bb46286a-001c-46ff-a18e-ffcf80b34151 Limited Margin: https://na3.docusign.net/member/PowerFormSigning.aspx?PowerFormId=b48a705c-4981-40a7-b7a1-6f5ee28f4e14
