Hello, I understand rates will go up for SteadyVol March 1st.  I also understand that if you are already subscribed, you maintain your original rate and do not see an increase if you remain subscribed.  What if you subscribe to monthly or quarterly and want to upgrade to yearly after the rate increase?  Does your upgraded membership get charged to new rate price for yearly or the old one?  Thanks
