cwelsh Posted November 19, 2012 Posted November 19, 2012 Everyone please don't forget this is a holiday week which means: (a) options market closed Thursday and ( shortened option markets on Friday. Please see http://ir.cboe.com/releasedetail.cfm?ReleaseID=721324 By and large that means you won't be able to trade at all on Thursday and only Friday morning, plan accordingly. If you have weekly positions to roll you will ONLY be able to do it Friday morning. Quote
cwelsh Posted November 19, 2012 Author Posted November 19, 2012 Well provided its a CBOE product anyways. Quote
Kim Posted November 19, 2012 Posted November 19, 2012 Thank you Chris. I have those dates mentioned on the calendar as well. That means that we will probably roll the SPY and GLD shorts on Wednesday. Quote
cwelsh Posted November 19, 2012 Author Posted November 19, 2012 (edited) Also note that the CBOE has launched NEXT week's weekly options already so we can roll as necessary. Edited November 19, 2012 by cwelsh Quote

Marco Posted November 19, 2012 Posted November 19, 2012 http://www.nyse.com/...2717544940.html thanks! odd choice. Could think of a few names I'd pick before BP or BAC but I suppose just with weeklies they'll roll that out to more names if volumes justify that. Quote
