Single click options trading

Hi group,,

Any suggestions on how to do single click or hotkey options trades in IB TWS, similar to what's possible in Schwab Street Smart Edge? 

ie. Buy to Open a Call, at the first strike out of the money, for the nearest expiration date, with a single click. Same with Closing the same trade, and for puts.

It's trivial to setup armed hotkeys in eg. chart trader in TWS to do single click buy/sell of any number of shares with any algo by default. Just looking for similar for options.

Canadian here, so Schwab is not an easy possibility, and looking at testing out some higher volume and short duration trade ideas, which would benefit from reducing trade keystrokes.
