(e.g. monthly for the one I was trying out and annually for the one I'm used to) and I'd like to switch to an annual bundle package. I understand from the cancellation policy that there's no refunds... so is the only way to do this without "losing out" on the prepaid time, to wait until my annual service is up for renewal? Quote
Kim Posted August 6, 2019 Posted August 6, 2019 No, you can upgrade at any time and get a pro rated refund. The "no refunds" policy applies to cancellations only (or "downgrades"), not upgrades. Quote
