Guest Manish Report post Posted October 22, 2018 Hello, I am thinking about subscribing for the Steady Options service. But most of Kim's trades are straddles. Now in my Ameritrade IRA account, I cannot do undefined risk strategies. So for a straddle I will have to do an equivalent Iron Butterfly and for a strangle an equivalent Iron Condor. I understand that my performance will be very different from the performance results given on the site for the standard trades if I convert all straddles and strangles to equivalent IB and IC.. But is this even practical ? I mean converting each straddle to an IB or a strangle to an IC trade and still make profits ? Thanks.
Kim 7,943 Report post Posted October 22, 2018 We do long straddles. Those are defined risk trades. We never do undefined risk strategies.
