Question on IB platform

Hello,

 

I am using the classic view and when I enter a ticker symbol in and press enter, I get the attached menu with no option to drill down further in options. Clicking on options brings up the second picture. So....this doesn't at all look like the video Kim uploaded about entering options orders in IB. Is this a settings or configuration issue?

could be configuration issue or permissions. I suggest opening a ticket.
