I have been using DRV, FAZ and EDZ for leverage index shorts. TVIX for a levered volatility trades. And UGLD, TYD for levered bonds and gold. I can't give specific recommendations on what you should do with your money. My positions are part of a larger plan of hedging long positions, momentum trades, risk parity allocations, etc. - Not a financial advisor.

Is there an ideal way to start growing the steadyoptions portfolio?

It is also best to understand what environment or day is best to enter a given position. For example with today's large move up good candidate to enter might be one that is lower than the alert price due to a market move. (i.e. VXX bullish butterfly ) -
Yeah, at least there you get free drinks while they take your money..

My plan is to forget about this stock and move on. I played along and took a small loss on 2 flies Monday. Borrowing from Harry Potter (Currently reading it with my 7 year old). TLRY = "He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named"

Wow. What a wild ride. I guess a straight call or call debit spread would have been the better play.

There is a positive side to every story. Just need to work on making it back now. Also, you shouldn't need to worry about paying any taxes on gains for the year.

Are there any adjustments that can be made/added to help a position in a similar state or would closing out the position(s) be the only choice?

Ok, I don't feel so bad.. I just have a few positions and TOS is telling me I am having a very bad day So you don't have the $27 million to cover if it doesn't work out?

It's like finding a $50 bill on the ground.. Exciting, yet terrifying. Should I pick it up? Should I keep it? Is it a trap?
