    You're a star. For this to work, you have to exit the ToS login window, reload it, and uncheck the "Remember.." box as the first action. Otherwise it does nothing, since the "Remember..." box is automatically unchecked after trhe first failed attempt and the "Continue" button does nothing.

    I saw where some people were UNCHECKING REMEMBER USERNAME /PASSWORD and re-entering the info and it worked for some people ?? Worth a try ?
