@SureTrader mentioned HR Trader back in December in a comment I just ran across.  They seem very interesting (only $25 for unlimited trading per month and that fee can be waived).  However, there is scant information about them on the web.  They are members of FINRA and SIPC.  Their website is:

Does anyone have any experience with HR Trader or have you heard anything about them?
