Anderson317 5 Report post Posted October 8, 2018 When using TOS Analyze function you can change the Volatility under Vol Step. The Step is based on % change. If you choose this function and say increase the volatility by 5% which of the following does this translate to: a) the overall volatility went up by 5% (say from 20% to 25%) or b) the percent change in volatility went up by 5% (so from 20% to 21%, which is a 5% change in the volatility percentage).
